The Vinegar(100 word challenge)

The vinegar By Raghav *beep boop nope name* The vinegar was too sharp. It tasted like my tongue was being filled with metallic flavor. Ick. I voiced this to the chef, and they apologized. It was hard to pull of a vinegar dish, but the challenge was still failed. They would be eliminated. Actually, it is possible that since it was such a original idea, and how close they came to pulling it off, i’ll let them stay. Good job, team Clayton. Farewell, Ladue.

Just a scrawny ten year old, needing a friend. Suddenly, a shout. “NO ONE TAKES MY TEDDY!” A 5 year old child darts towards the boy. Simon. The decade old thief panics and drops me. For a second, it’s a moist concrete floor, but then I’m swooped up by someone’s hands. Out of the corner of my marble eyes, I see the thief. He’s crying. Suddenly, Simon hugs him. The thief looks up, and he returns the hug. That day, I found a new friend.

Flickering Lights(OWC)

100 word challenge: Flickering Lights By: Raghav *last name redacted* It was a normal day. We were in the art studio, and boy, we were pumping work out. Simon and Cameron were building a odd black egg in Sculpture, Casey was busy showing off her “Gold and velvet fringed dress”, and I was painting. Suddenly, in what seemed like moments, we had to start cleaning up. As soon as I went to wash my hands, the lights start to flicker. The intercom crackled: “Intruder...lock...armed...west entrance...coming to office” A bang came through the intercom. We waited to hear anything, but there was silence. A horrible, terrifying silence.

The Different Types of Humor

The Different Types of Humor Being humorous is a important thing for many people, as it makes you much more likeable. But it takes skill to crack the correct quip at a good timing. There are good jokes, great jokes, bad jokes, etc. The first type of humor we will explore is the worst: bad humor. Some people are horrible comedians, who make clichéd jokes, or stupid puns. You don’t want to be these people, since they are not very humorous. The second type is better: horrible humor. Now, you might be asking, “Why? That’s just worse!”. The reason is that people (like myself) like to make such horrible jokes that it’s actually funny. The final kind of humor is: Good humor! People who use this type of humor make jokes about the present, past, and future smoothly. This type of humor is the funniest and is recommended for people. I hope this gives you some insight onto humor in general, and what to avoid and what your goals should be.
